Every fee paid before $HOUSE is issued goes to its first stakers.

Buys and sells carry a 1% fee. It is sent to the staking contract, where it sits until $HOUSEis issued and the first wallets stake. From then on stakers pay no fee and receive the fee everyone else pays, in USDG. The house keeps none of it.

1A fund is a fixed basket. One token, a set list of tokenized stocks, weights that never change. What the contract holds is what you own.
2Buy with USDG or ETH. The contract buys every stock in the basket and mints you shares at NAV for the value that arrived. The first share ever is $1.00.
3Sell back to USDG, any hour. Your slice of each holding is sold in one transaction. No oracle is consulted and no one can pause it.
4The house takes nothing. No share of performance, no share of the fee. It can list funds and pause buys; it cannot touch a basket or block a sale.
